COKC is taking clothing orders to provide members and the public with apparel featuring our new logo.
Please fill out the Google Form below by clicking on the link. Be sure to keep track of your selected items and their prices, as this form does not automatically calculate the total cost.
Payments are accepted via e-transfer only. Orders will not be placed if payment is not received. You will receive an email confirmation of your submitted form for your records only.
If you wish to order multiple of the same item (for example, two t-shirts), you must submit a separate form for each additional quantity.
Order pickups will only be available at club events; we will not be shipping items.
All orders must be placed and paid for by March 28, 2025.
